Hi, My name is Tara Nicole, but everyone who knows & loves me calls me "Baby Girl" or "B.G." for short. I just love pageants & wish I could compete more, but Mommy & Daddy direct pageants too and weekend time for me to compete is limited! My favorite events are interview & talent! I also like to sing, dance & cheer! This is my sixth year of dance & my seventh year of cheering!! I am a level 3 gymnast & I cheer on 2 teams All-Star Cheer & Basket Ball Cheer where I am the Co-Captain! This is my second year as co-captain! :) I have also cheered as a Carolina Panther (NFL) Junior Topcat (twice) & performed in front of 70,000 people! I was also chosen to cheer with the UNCC 49ers Cheerleaders for 2 years! My competition team won the COA National Grand Champion title last year & won Champion at the USACF event too! WE ALSO WON THE WSF GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP! This year my team was UNDEFEATED! I am working on my back handspring back tuck and just got my scorpion! Last year I won 7 Medals! I also won first place in my cheer division at NC American Coed & second place to Overall Cheerleader! I am also a girl scout! When I graduated from kindergarten I was voted "nicest classmate!" I now go to school year-round & am a straight A student in 4TH grade! This year I won first place in the Charlotte Parent book writing contest & Grand Prize in the Carolina Dogwood Poetry Contest. I also just had my first book published: "Learn to Cheer With Princess Tara." |
